West Point Graduation
We came for West Point graduation. It was perfect in its location to West Point. Beds were good, its was very clean, and the hot tub was great! The owners communicated well and helped us with our scheduling. We highly recommend this place!

21st birthday visit to our cadet
The location worked out great for us. It wasn't too far from West Point and allowed us to do a lot of stuff around the Hudson Valley. It was quiet and clean. We had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub.

Wonderful stay
This is our second stay at the home and it continues to be wonderful for a couple or small family. Clean, well appointed, hosts are very pleasant and respond to any questions very quickly. Surely as advertised. Great location near newburgh and beacon! We will be back!

Great Perks
The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The property is in excellent condition and was very clean. The best parts for me were the hot tub and the bathroom/massive shower with two heads. I would recommend this property for anyone staying in the area.

Weekend near West Point
Our weekend stay was to bagpipe a military tattoo at West Point. The house was great. Clean, easy to get to, easy access and great communication from the owner. Road noise was a little loud on whatever that main road is (trucks, etc) but not burdensome. Would stay again and would recommend. Thank you for making it available!

Great Stay
We enjoyed this house alot! Close to West Point, updated, and well stocked in the things you needed. The hosts were very responsive as well. The only think I wish I knew is that the game room is separate from the actual house- it’s where a detached garage would be. I was a little nervous with my kiddo who wanted to sleep in there where the extra beds are, and no bathroom there either.

West Point visit
We loved our stay! It was perfect for the four of us staying overnight and had our son join us from West Point for dinner. It was about 18 minutes to the Stoney Lonesome gate. We highly recommend Hudson Tacos for lunch or dinner- just 5 minutes away! The property was clean, well supplied and overall great! We will be back! Thank you!

Perfect location for our visit to West Point! Drive was easy, even on graduation weekend. House is super cute. Could definitely use another bathroom but the cleanliness, location, and ease of communication made it an easy tradeoff. Our family also had a great time in the game room.

Amazing weekend getaway
What a cute spot!! Central to places in Newburgh where you can eat by the water views, easy to get to Beacon for walks and art. Owners were very responsive and provided flexibility to accommodate us for one extra child guest. The hot tub was great for adults teens kids and a senior citizen, and the game room was a nice touch, loved the amenities offered esp the gas grilling and firepit. I'd recommend this spot for 4-6 ppl as ideal, and stretch 6-8 people is very fair description as they have one bathroom. Expectations were exactly as described and what we needed, thank you for a great stay and R&R.

It Was Perfect
The place had everything we needed and then some. It was nice and clean. The communication was amazing as they responded right away. The location was perfect for us as our son is a football Cadet at WP. The only thing I wish this property had was one more bathroom, other than that it was perfect! Girl's Getaway Weekend
New Windsor close to the Hudson River was just what us girls needed for a long weekend getaway. Less than a two hour drive from PA we arrived and upon entry the house was very clean and smelled fresh. The guest house/game room was enjoyed by all! We made use of the hot tub, grill and cozy eat in kitchen. Us five girls made it work with only one bathroom as well. We made a trip to Angry Orchard and visited nearby hiking spots to enjoy the awesome weather. All in all it was a great stay!

Great Hudson Valley Vacation Home
My wife and I spent a long weekend at this VRBO with our son and had a fantastic time. We came primarily to see the Storm King sculpture garden and the Dia art museum and this house was a short drive (<10 mins) from both. The place is furnished well and the host provides a lot of amenities that made for a great stay (e.g. new high-powered grill, fire pit, hot tub and game room). Bedrooms were comfortable and bathroom is really spacious as well. Small plus for us is that the host subscribes to a lot of TV content so at night we watched movies on HBO. It was really professionally done and I had all the comforts that I would expect at a professional hotel, but in the unique setting of a home in the Hudson Valley.

Very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood
My family stayed here for weekend while visiting our son at West Point and it worked out great. The house was approx 20 minutes from WP for other families that may be visiting their son/daughter. The house looked like it was recently built or remodeled so it was in great shape. We didn't have much time to enjoy the back yard, but it was very nice and the game room located in the second house was a fun addition. With six people in our group, an extra bathroom would have been helpful, but the property was listed as having one bathroom so I was very aware of this. I'd highly recommend staying at this property.

Absolute gem in the Newburgh area!
Our weekend stay at this home was truly wonderful. The code-based check-in process made our arrival seamless and hassle-free. The kitchen was equipped with a variety of supplies, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The comfortable couches were perfect for lounging, and the spacious kitchen table was not only ideal for meals but also for engaging card games. The bedrooms offered a cozy atmosphere, complete with plenty of pillows for added comfort. We also appreciated the spacious driveway that easily accommodated all our vehicles, with the bonus of an extra side spot. The game room, featuring foosball, ping pong, and darts, provided endless entertainment that added to our delightful experience. Our stay was fantastic, leaving us thoroughly satisfied and happy with our choice to stay here. The responsive and kind hosts were the cherry on top!

Wonderful Getaway!
We enjoyed staying at this property. Ed was excellent in communicating & generous allowing a late check out. The house, game room, & back yard are clean and well done. Excellent patio; nice having a hot tub; the bathroom is an awesome design with 2 sinks & two showers. Wish there was one more bathroom. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The quality of towels, linens, blankets is great. Love that the owner supplies pools towels; awesome having the backyard with privacy fence; place is on a quiet road; not the best neighborhood but never felt unsafe. The game room is awesome with darts, ping pong & fuse ball; also some games on sight. Highly recommend this cottage. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ed for a wonderful getaway! We appreciate you & your cottage.
