When you're not surfing, fishing, or practicing your favorite water sports, you'll find much to do on the grounds of the resort. Coconut Palms Beach Resort II includes two swimming pools, a picnic area with grills, easy beach access, and a fitness center.

This building is under construction into 2024. There are building materials and workers all around building and the resort is closed leaving only a few condos in the building open as vacation rentals. One of the pools is closed, and one remains open. There is no direct beach access, but there is beach access next door. The tiki bar is also closed.
This condo is located on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
