A home with style and character, modern kitchen and bathroom, three bedrooms containing a double and two single beds (i.e sleeps up to 4). This is a fully equipped family home with laundry facilities.
Secure garage with power for bike charging (ride to Pukekura Park events, no parking problems, but you need lights and security).
The section is fully fenced on a quiet street, a short walk or cycle to sheltered, relaxing, safe Ngamotu Beach (yachting, waka ama, kayaks, paddle boards) views of port activity (including visiting summer cruise ships), easy access to the famous walk/cycleway into city.
Moturoa has a good range of fast food services, cafes, restaurants, local sports bar, and an impressive Four Square mini-market that stocks virtually everything.
