Location, location if you are looking for a wonderful holiday house, then you have found it! Magic on molesworth sits in a prime cbd location, down a quiet street. A two minute stroll takes you to the famous scenic, coastal walkway which connects you to some of new plymouths gorgeous beaches, galleries, shops, bars and restaurants.

Park your car up and let your feet do the walking, you have everything the city has to offer right there in your lap. Visit the puke ariki museum, the govett-brewster art gallery/len lye centre. Take in some shopping, stroll through the beautiful pukekura park or spend your time relaxing on the beach. All of this within easy walking distance.

Unlimited wi-fi

From the moment you enter this property you will notice the tranquil easy feel. Luxury surrounds you everywhere you look, with two large lounges framing stunning views of the sea. Big screen tvs, quality furnishings and a generously sized book shelf with interesting reading material.

A fully equipped state of the art kitchen offers you all the mod cons. Cooking will be an absolute pleasure, boasting two ovens with induction hobbs, a microwave, a dishwasher and most essentially, a coffee machine Living areas flow onto outside decks for easy alfresco entertaining and quiet moonlight dining.

Four spacious bedrooms and good quality bed linen. The master bedroom hosts a beautiful ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. Wake up and walk out onto the patio breathing in the fresh sea air and enjoying the expansive coastal vista.

Enjoy the large bathroom with the ultimate bath, perhaps enjoy sipping on a nice glass of wine while surrounded by bubbles. Two heat pumps and off street parking.

The sleeping layout of this property consists of master - 1 x queen bed bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds bedroom 3 -1 x queen bed bedroom 4 - 1 x queen bed bedroom 5 - 1 x queen bed

Please note the cleaning fee: all linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the ministry of health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All bach break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Other details

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Reviewer Comments: Myself and 3 other adults hired this house over the NY break - we loved the layout and space of this property - especially the large kitchen and living areas, outdoor desk and spacious bedrooms. It would work very well for families too as the upstairs master suite, kids bedroom and upstairs lounge isnt over the top of the other 3 bedrooms so you have privacy and quiet. Its a 3 min walk to the coastal track and down to the waterfront and only a 15 mins walk into town so really well located.

We found the property brilliantly located, quiet street but so close to the beach, town and transport links. We would have gladly stayed longer because the house was very comfortable and had breathtaking sea views.
