Everything was great, especially the space, particularly in the bedroom area. Only minor complaint was that it only had aircon downstairs and cool air doesn't normally rise. I imagine this would be a plus during cooler months.

Can't beat the location if you want to stay close to CBD at a good rate. A little tired in spots but nothing major and totally functional. Beds comfy.

I recommend the apartments if you have a family, ours had a spa, kitchen bedroom downstairs and upstairs just a quick walk into town. Laundry was free take your own powder. Staff are very helpful. Traffic can get a bit loud if windows are open. Other than that highly recommend

Stayed for three nights and then another night after. Very central and convenient. Rooms nice, clean & up market. Bed great. Never anyone in office and waiting wears thin. Have stayed there several times. My choice in New Plymouth.
