"We only stayed for one night and didn’t check in until closer to 11pm but the staff called to ensure we were ok since we were getting in so late which I thought was nice. Everyone we did come in contact with was super friendly. The breakfast was awesome! Almost missed it as it was only until 9am but we made it just in time! The only issue we had was we couldn’t get the tv to connect, but we didn’t ask for help or anything just did without! "

"The pool heater was not working but they made accommodations and we got to use the pool at the hotel across they street. It was perfect for my kids that needed to get out energy. "

"Employees were very open, friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. Had an issue with ants in the room. Eric, the manager, addressed the issue promptly and apologetically. He was very appreciative in being informed about the issue. He was a delight to talk to and even joke around with. Great customer interaction and service. The food menu had a great variety, freshness and cleanliness in the room. The hotel has ample parking, close to shopping, restaurants, attractions and has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. "Very clean and modetn throughout. Fantastic breakfast. Very close to the Gettysburg Visitor's Center. Walking distance to a groovy outlet mall with a food court. Not near downtown. "
