"We loved being at Knoll House Hotel… it was like stepping back in time … such an interesting history and it was warmly welcoming. We loved the spa and outside pool and being near the sea for swimming . The staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. We had a room right at the back of the property which was very peaceful. I’ve heard that developers are knocking at the door but please don’t change anything about this Hotel. "Overall a good stay - The night porter( manager) was excellent. Comfy bed.. Dissapointed by the breakfast - Cold plates! Hot food not that hot and scrambled eggs had gone green as left for too long. Coffee on side not individual pots, cold even when new lot made and cups too small, so kept having to get up for refill."
