"We went with friends for the weekend of January 19-21. The house doesn't reflect this from the outside, but once you get inside, you will be amazed. Clean, well-kept. We really recommend it. Behind the house there is a beautiful view of the river. When the weather is nice in spring or summer, you won't want to stay inside but outside. Even though it's right next to the road, you can't hear cars at all because they don't drive very often. I hope that we will be able to come there again soon and...

"Loved the house and had a great stay. Larger than I expected. It was just my partner (and I our pup) and it was more house than we needed, great for a small group. Loved the interior decoration. Would have loved to take advantage of the fireplace but we could have used a starter log, the firewood at the house wasn't super dry and we gave up after a couple attempts. Also gave up on trying to use the TV, I think we needed to download an app? We are not the most tech savvy. Totally fine though, we...

"Really nice and perfectly located house for a ski getaway weekend. The basement has plenty of games and activities to pass the time. there was also a fireplace inside and firepit outside. Plenty of beds and bathrooms too, which is good for a group of friends. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Phil was a wonderfully responsive host and keeps a well-stocked, warm and cozy cabin with all the necessities (and many fun extras like games and a record player) at his guests' disposal. The location was great, with some amazing dining within convenient driving distance, and of course, access to Belleayre. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning for a future visit!"

"We traveled to Roxbury from TX for my younger son’s wedding. The windswept cottage was comfortable and convenient for a reasonable price. The yard, deck, and pond are all pretty. We enjoyed our time in Roxbury. (the wedding at Roxbury Barn was wonderful!) "
