"I booked 2 king bed suites. Although front desk staff sd one room was "upgraded" since the original booked room was not available they were both still wrong. One room had a full bed and a pull out couch. The other room was more like an apartment with a living room area and a jacuzzi tub. It did have 2 beds an d a pull out couch but both beds were still full size. There were children (teen age) running in lobby and hallways. "Parking is terrible after a certain time at night. There’s literally no where to park so you have to park in Dairy’s Queen parking lot. But besides that the hotel is lovely and very clean."

"Hotel clean as always. Needed an extra mattress and got one. The customer service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily. Parking is plentiful. In a nice location close proximity to everything. Free cookies at check in is nice. Need cookies upon departure as well. "
