"Clean, neat, short hop to Boothbay. Perfect for couple. Very safe as well. Neighborhood is not picturesque… not important to us. Only small, small picky note: heat was too high for us at night without ability to regulate. Highly recommend!"

"My family of 5 had a lovely stay at this home in Boothbay Harbor. This home was roomy and had everything we needed. Location was great, walking to cute shops and restaurants. Only downside to location was noisy traffic at night and gas station lights outside. We had a great trip and would stay here again."

First, anyone renting should realize they will be staying at the actual marina and will be witness to all the activities that occur there – boats arriving, departing, people coming and going on the docks and the influx of people coming each night to enjoy cocktails, dinner and live music at the attached restaurant either inside or outside on the patio by the firepit. "Check in process was very smooth. Communication with property management to assure the quality of the stay was appreciated. The property pictures accurately reflected the condition of the house which was clean and comfortable. The quiet neighborhood was a great place to unwind. Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. We were especially luck to view the Northern lights during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers."

"The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I wasn't aware I would be charged an additional fee on my card the day I was supposed to check in. We stopped by their offices which were closed for the season and left a message with no reply. I also tried to the phone number provided on here and it was disconnected. Very disappointed my credit card information was released and there was a charge without my knowledge. Even for a hold the fee is way too much. I paid less than half of this for my one night stay. Still trying to reach them...

"It was great except for the check in which was 4:00. In Maine it was dark by then and the listing did not say the entrance was on the side of the building, not the front that was in the photo. There lighting on the house numbers was inadequate and we had to call and wait to talk to someone who could help us locate the proper entrance. I recommend better lighting and signage. Once we settled in we enjoyed the lovely location that was close to great restaurants and the lovely Wiscasset Village. I...

"The property is tucked away in a quiet location walking distance from the center of town. The view of the cove from the balcony is beautiful. Parking right in front of the condo gives easy access. The host is very helpful if you have questions. The decor is so festive and makes you feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very peaceful setting. "This is a great home with lots of room, natural light, comfortable bedrooms and a back deck we'd spend hours on in the evenings. Having a full bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and the two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs also gave everyone privacy and downtime. The area is really quiet and walking distance from a path that runs alongside the water. The home is comfortable and roomy enough that being rained in for a day is no problem, and getting out to surrounding places is easy. "

"My friend and I are writers, and we came to this cottage to work on our books. It was the perfect location with the sunrise views over the water from the magnificent porch. The cottage was exceptionally clean, cozy, and beautiful. We had one small hiccup with the heat, but the manager, David, showed up immediately and the problem was rectified promptly. I loved it and we would absolutely stay there again."

A truly immersive escape

"This cabin is something incredibly singular and special. It is imbued with the legacy of the Hall family, and you can read their history as you explore the house. The view is unbelievable - waking up, going downstairs, and being that close to the ocean is so peaceful. We could have spent a month reading as nearly every room is a library. The kitchen is stocked with some great old cast irons and lobster pots for whatever one would need. The China and dining wear even had character and personality. This place is truly a gift, and we thank Micah and the Hall family for opening their doors to guests like us. We take the peace and joyful energy of this place with us. We hope to return someday."
