"There was ice all over the front porch to get in to check in. The tub was dirty plus the thing to switch from tub to shower was broke. Couldn’t have breakfast because it was in the office that did not open until 9 or 10 am. "

"Friendly staff. Reserved king pool view, had to change rooms, gave me two doubles and the room was 900 degrees. Room was changed without issue. Some things didn’t work quite right in the room. But overall an ok stay. "

"This is a lovely hotel with charming rooms!! The staff are amazing and welcoming. While we live quite far from here, we are thinking it would be worth the travel from Texas back to The Governors Inn just so we could spend more time here. First class all the way!!!"

"We had a great one night stay at the Summit. It was helpful to know from other reviews that there was no dining on the property. The pool area has a limited number of tables which are assigned when you check in which is helpful in keeping the space from being crowded. The staff was very friendly and happy to assist with our broken TV remote. Winter is tough with freezing and ice and maintenance did a good job of salting and sanding but that makes it difor housekeeping as salt and sand get into...
