The impressive mountains of the Stubaital can be rediscovered again and again while hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking. Unlimited skiing fun on the Stubai Glacier, a family atmosphere in the Schlick 2000 ski center or the beginner-friendly Serlesbahnen ski area offer something for everyone. The Stubai Apartments are within walking distance of the next ski lift and the center of Neustift. The compact apartment is equipped with a large and comfortable living, cooking, dining and sleeping area in a traditional-modern Tyrolean style. In addition to the comfortable king-size bed, the apartment has a a sofa bed for two, a balcony with table and chairs to sit outside, satellite TV, WiFi and a practical ski room with ski boot heater in the basement of the house.

We had a good holiday at the appartments. However, as there are no carpets in the rooms we found that we were disturbed by the noise of other residents quite frequently. The building was being renovated, in places and became quite grubby on the staircase during our stay. Also, we would suggest that the appartment had a sweeping brush, to go with the pan under the sink, so that we could have swept the floor when needed. These are not criticisms but,hopefully, helpful ideas for the future.

Große FeWo mit kleinen Mängeln
Die FeWo ist groß genug für 4 Personen. Im Großen und Ganzen hat alles gepasst, aber es gab es auch negatives: - die Matratzen waren nicht mehr die besten - Aufzug defekt (prima, wenn man im obersten Stock wohnt) - der Boden bzw. die Ecken hätten sauberer geputzt werden können - wlan war eine Katastrophe - Lage ist etwas unglücklich aufm Berg, d.h. der Skibus kann nicht einfach mal so genutzt werden Die Ansprechpartnerin war jedoch immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle und hat sich um das gekümmert, was sie konnte.
