"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "

"Das "Hotel" war ein Witz für so einen Preis solch eine Ruine anzubieten ist ein Wahnsinn, ich hätte nie damit gerechnet das es sowas in Österreich noch gibt , Ich war der Meinung daß unser Turismus einen Standart hegt und pflegt doch ich wurde eines besseren belehrt, normalerweise sollte diese Pension geschlossen werden , nicht Mal 10 Euro die Nacht ist es wert 😡"

"The location is excellent - most of what we wanted to see was within walking distance and there was even a Christmas Market right in front of the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable enough, and had all the amenities we expected. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Would stay here again in the future."
