"We stayed at this excellent cottage for one week with our older teenage daughters. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and more than enough for 6-8 people. The property is beautifully renovated and everything is provided that you could want. Even a couple of bikes to pop to the boulangerie in the morning. "The property met our needs, but there were some things that could have been better. On the upside, because we had young children along, the pool was a bonus. The donkeys, goats, chickens, and roosters were enchanting. On the downside, if someone wants to be close to the surrounding cities (Tours/Amboise) with pubs and restaurants, this is not the place. Also, the place needs some TLC and a good scrubbing."

Close to many other lovely Renaissance castles, romantic little towns and- of course - the Loire. The house was immaculately clean, perfectly equipped to accommodate a large group of adults, every bedroom with its own facilities- we had a marvelous time a d are thankful to ou gracious hosts."
