"NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY They have the smallest unsafe elevator ever aside from this the town is also not paved well with no rails down stairs,its not a very accessible place,dispite the fact this is definitely not a tourist spot for brits we were able to enjoy ourselves and get on just fine useing google translate.but yeah i dont think there was another brit in all of nettuno.local trains make it easybto get to rome and the airport.bus service also seems to run quite regularly to local towns we didn't end up leaving much due to being ill."

"My husband and I quite enjoyed our stay at Donatella's house. The house was quite clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren, who came to visit from Rome, enjoyed playing soccer in the front yard. The beach was quite close by. The neighborhood is quiet, but a grocery store, pharmacy and places to eat were within walking distance of the house. The overhead fans in the bedrooms and the living room kept us cool even on warm days. Donatella was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying at this property."

"My family of 4 visited Italy recently and spent a night in Anzio which is a pretty coastal town. We chose this property because it is central to the town and most importantly has air conditioning which is a must! Our host was amazing and responded quickly to all our questions. The property itself was very clean and well appointed. Although it does not have parking there is lots of parking on various side streets you have to pay 1 euro an hour until 10 pm but then it's free to park until 9 am the next day. Although our stay was short, this was a very nice spot in Anzio and I would stay again no question."
