"I scheduled our trip almost a year in advance I was to be there for 4 weeks. I could not get a hold of the woman who owns the place through the verbal app when we got there on a Sunday I still have not gotten a hold of her. I had to get a hotel for five people in Rome for two days before I finally got a hold of her. She did not want to speak through the verbo app she wanted to use WhatsApp instead. She informed me that she made a mistake and that she had rented out the house for the weekend the people would not be out until Wednesday so much longer than a weekend. And I could not get in until Wednesday after 5:00. I had three places that I had to pay for to stay until I could get into the place I had already paid for. And when I complained about it she told me I should relax and have a glass of wine. I don't have much else to say the house was fine but the whole experience was terrible because of the first 5 days of my trip. I waited for a long time to leave this review so that I wouldn't be so angry when I left it. My children, adult children, we're only there for 2 weeks and 5 days of their vacation was spent hopping from one apartment to another. I have to say the people that cleaned were very nice. And that's all I really have to say"

"Amazing experience. We were welcomed by three wonderful people. Explained everything about our stay. Great breakfast served in the AM. Again very happy staff helping us. Super clean. Bathroom full stocked with towels and toiletries. The only suggestion I have is to add a mattress topper. Mattress was a bit hard. "
