"We love our stay at the Marina Villa. Marie was a great host! She was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had. She recommended a great rental place just a few minutes away, Discount Car Rental (all very nice). The listing was just as it was pictured and the the view was breathtaking. The location was great as it was only 15-20 minute drive to the Dutch side or to the beaches on the French Side. I highly recommend this listing!"

"We had a fantastic week long stay. It was a quiet community of condos and any neighbors we saw were very friendly. As mentioned, the beach sand does have a lot of sea glass, which is in no fault of any owners...it is coming in from the ocean as far as we could tell. Most glass pieces had been worn down smooth, but there were newer sharp pieces as well, which is unfortunate. Keep that in mind if you have children coming on vacation with you. I actually loved walking the beach and sand areas...

" Our visit to SXM was nothing short of amazing, the property was divine, very accommodable and clean. We had a slight hiccup with the hot water on our first night, which was rectified once we contacted Gwen, aside from that my only negative is the low water pressure when taking a shower.
