"Beautiful,, clean property with everything you needed, lovely uninterrupted views,. great hosts, perfect peace and tranquility. Great location, some lovely, pretty local pubs with great food. Booking again for next year. "

"Visiting family in Cotswold area, stayed in the Kinsale Cottage, 4 adults and a 2 1/2 year old. Downstairs with open livingroom/dining area - also the view of the lake is very nice and we sat on the deck whenever weather allowed. Upstairs the back bedroom is very nice, the 2 twins br are a cosy but doable, and the double worked as a childrens br. Neil was by to check with us, and also put in a gate for the stairs. Very happy to stay here again. We visited local spots: pubs, stone circles, RR...

"The Oxford studios was very cute and modern. It felt clean. There were some dishes that weren’t washed and instant coffee sachets that we open and not removed. Other than that very nice. Straight forward to enter the property. Communication with hosts was timely and efficient ."

"A lovely hotel beautifully situated in the country petrol station close by lovely staff very clean free coffee free parking filtered water the diner very clean and authentic food was excellent close proximity to the Cotswolds great value for money would go again"
