"New residential area with a large amount of condos. Nice view of the lake and a good amount of trails along the water. The host was very quick to respond whenever i had any questions. The unit was freshly cleaned prior to our arrival. We went in November as our plans were in Toronto but this would be a nice little summer getaway."

"I am writing to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with the condition of the cottage I recently rented. While the property was clean, it lacked several essential items that significantly affected my stay. Firstly, the kitchen was inadequately equipped. There were not enough pots and pans to prepare meals properly. Additionally, there was insufficient cutlery provided, which made dining inconvenient. "House is spacious and supplies adequate. Just bring your own towels and linens as earlier advised by owner Water supply, hot and cold, is abundant for 12 people. Parking for 5 cars, no problem. Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents. We had two slips and had to grab the shower curtain and avoided a bad fall. 2) Electric fan in each room to address the warm nights of summer. Bought our own fans ar Port Perry...

"Overall, stay was ok. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. But, we had issues.Entry keypad batteries died and had to contact owner, who answered promptly. The Inside door handle fell off, so had to navigate around that all weekend.The bathroom fan in the 2nd floor bathroom needs replacing. It caused a terrible vibration heard throughout the condo.Blackout blinds in the bedrooms would be a nice touch because the light was quite bright in the morning."
