"We really enjoyed our stay and cannot fault the hotel at all. Lovely modern bedroom. The Garden bar was large with TV screens showing the news and football. If i have a piece of advice, it would be to be reminded that there is an extra cost to use the pool area. This is currently £20 per person for 2 hours. This has to be booked, you cant just walk in. "The grounds and the main part of the hotel were excellent as were the staff. The only disappointment was the fridge in our room the motor of which kept kicking in on a regular basis. "Suite was good size, but was very warm despite having windows being open (-3 outside) radiators weren’t on so just the general temperature of the room. Bed sank into the middle but was comfortable on the whole. Room decor was fine, if not a little tired could probably do with modernising. Minor blemishes around the room were noticeable, caps on taps missing, cracked plug sockets etc. On the whole good value, but certainly not pristine. Would stay again, but unlikely to pay more."
