"Yes very happy with layout, suited us fine, a second bathroom would have been good, but it worked out ok, our only disappointment was the bedding, neither of us was that happy with mattresses or pillows, but that said, we enjoyed our time, thank you, Frank Hogan"

"Our stay at the Sands was great. The communication from Waiheke Unlimited was great. The location is perfect, right on the beach and waking distance to cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable and had extra amenities like a coffee machine! Perfect for a short or long stay. Our room was only a 1br but we had many family and friends there with 2 and 3 bedrooms which were all lovely. Couldn’t fault it"

"Great location for getting to the mall and train station. Being next to an auto shop is not an issue at all. Doesn't come with parking but there are a few on the street and it was free 6pm to 9am. Apartment has everything you need. It's quite a dark cave type space with not much natural light so is good for people like us that were onky there at night. Not somewhere you'd hang out during the day."

"This is a beautiful property exactly as the listing. We arrived exhausted from the Uk and fell into the most comfortable bed and had the first good nights sleep since leaving the Uk four days earlier. The beach is really close and we enjoyed a lovely stroll to mission bay on our first morning. Ideally located for easy access to Auckland city centre. We used Ubers approx £10 each way. Maureen and John checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay"

"Be aware that the toilet and shower are outside and involves a short walk. They are also shared if adjacent room is occupied. It is like living in a very nice camper van. Pricing a little high for what you get. Location very good."

"Such a lovely space, tucked away in the trees and with lovely views out to the ocean. Very clean and comfortable accommodation, and wonderful communication with our host. A great little spot for a private, relaxing weekend getaway. A short drive to the village and just a five minute walk from EcoZip which was lots of fun!"
