"Stay was good and enjoyable once past the check-in process. Check-in was not smooth, unfriendly, and with minimal attention. Only one card was given for access and it did not work after reaching the 6th floor. Room was clean and fully functional utilities. The ‘real hot’ water shower was quite relieving after being out all day with 100% humidity and scorching sun. Helped sleep sound. Restaurant was good and the young girls there were smiling very nice and friendly. "

"The property is alright, but the bathrooms are dated. The restaurant felt overpriced, but the service was good. We stayed because it was close to the airport. Not a bad option if you get it on a deal. "

"This is not a place for outsiders. All of the other guests in the (tiny) bunks were poor Indian men on their way to be, say, a guest laborer somewhere (one man showed me his visa to Ghana). Anyway, it was awkward AF, so I powered through a couple nights and then moved next-door to the Afra hostel — still pretty much a local place, but MUCH better, and I even made some new good friends there. Actual showers, a few western toilets, a men's wing, a woman's wing, and a mixed dorm, no hangout space,...

"Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are just wonderful, courteous and very helpful. They upgraded us to the ocean view room. They even provided an extra rolling bed. They provided 2 large bottles of water everyday and more if needed (don’t drink tap water!). There is a in-house Travel representative who is very helpful with arranging private drivers. For short distances use the rickshaw…quite the experience! Hotel restaurant service is good. Surrounding area-Easy access to the Juhu beach which was nice but you will be pestered by beggars. Surrounding Juhu area is very congested, dirty, excessive traffic that does not follow any rules, minimal footpaths so you have to walk on the roads like locals. There are no pedestrian crossings. So when walking around be careful and vigilant as it is like navigating an assault course. This would be the case with any other local hotels. I "
