"Chelsea Park Motor lodge is a great base for exploring Nelson and surrounding area. Approximate 10 minute walk from main shopping street and some of the town's parks. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen area including fridge. The hosts were friendly and helpful offering advise on places to visit/ eat. Also, they went above and beyond when I accidentally stood at the wrong location for the morning bus shuttle to Abel Tasman park and missed the pick up. I had stayed 2...

"We are in Nelson every year for an AGM and try to stay at Hotel Nelson when it’s available. Every time we have been very happy with the service and value we have received. We were upgraded this time and our 2 bedroom apartment was huge. Very comfortable and close to town. Would definitely recommend "

"Nice reception from very helpful owner! Convenient location for visiting Nelson with large carpark. Our room was on the short side of the „L“ of buildings so we were along the road which had the occasional motorcycle or truck rumbling close by but units are along a field and I imagine much quieter. Good sized unit with fair sized kitchen and good hot shower. "
