3 Month Rental (May, June, July) for Heritage Home in the Heart of Nelson

This rental is for May, June and July. Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located right in the heart of Nelson city in a quiet, leafy area, only a five minute walk from the CBD. It was built in the 1930’s and renovated in the 1970’s. The architectural design, ambient lighting and bespoke furnishings and decor give the house a restorative, tranquil feel. There is a private garden that hosts a variety of fruit trees, flowers, vegetables and a beehive.

This home is heated by heat pumps and a very effective wood burner. The house gets plenty of sun and is warm and comfortable in winter.

No smoking, vaping or animals.
