It is tucked away in a private & quiet yet convenient setting that puts you within walking distance of the waterfront's restaurant-cafes, swimming spots & even Nelson's city centre!

Seascape Villa is superbly renovated, wonderfully equipped & is beautifully presented to ensure your comfort & enjoyment. You'll love the fantastic kitchen, sumptuous bedrooms & view-rich outdoor entertaining areas fringed by delightful fruit & herb gardens. This home offers high-speed WiFi, Netflix & Prime TV.

Seascape Villa is perfect for up to 3 couples & will suit friends or families with older children.

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- This home is not suitable for children under the age of 12. As photographed, this holiday home is two-level with internal stairs. There is also an external stair to climb/descend from the garage & parking area.

- Please bring your mask - While you are in contact with our staff members when we welcome you or attend a call-out request from you, we will need to ask that you wear a mask. Please ensure that you have one with you.

**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:

Fantastic Executive Getaway
The view from the great room provided the perfect place for having big-picture discussions. The neighborhood is steep and a little tricky to navigate but nothing that we couldn't manage. Clean, comfortable, professional and stunning! We will definitely look for this listing when we return next year.
