"it seems to be in the more industrial part of town, but also where the universities are located. it's not a far walk to buchanon street which has a metro and a lot of excitement around it. i really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a more local location."

"Lorraine’s place is perfect. Off the beaten path, sometimes quiet. But so easy to walk to central places or to transport by bus or train. The rooms was spacious with everything we needed, and her service was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, so spoiled being served to your room each morning. "

"Avril offered us a real bed and breakfast experience, meaning we felt like we were invited to stay the night in her home. We had a long interesting chat in the morning. If people want more of a "quick-and-easy" hotel experience, perhaps this is not the place for you. The room was beautiful with view on the sea, the house was very nice: we felt like the time had stopped for a bit which is exactly what we were looking for. "Very easy instructions to get in using the key safe box in the porch. A choice of breakfasts that is sent before you arrive you just had to let Heather have by 8.30 the night before by txting on WhatsApp very easy. Lovely clean room with shower, loo and tv. Great WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and I had different options and Heather kindly stocked up the milks tea and coffee as I was there for 5 days. Quiet area within walking distance of the train station 10 mins max and a lovely marina across...

"It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The hosts were charming and attentive. It was fun to talk with them and the other guests, and the breakfast (made specially for each guest) was some of the best food I had while in the UK. The bathroom was pretty small, and the shower was one of those stand-alone ones that looks a bit like a box, but the bathroom and room were always very clean.
