"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and enjoyed our visit. The house was comfortable and very clean. We especially loved the views from the living and dining room -- perfect for just hanging out and relaxing while watching the waves and the sunset, and we took a few beach walks every day which was fantastic (very few people on the beach here). We had our 2 big dogs with us and the house accommodated them very well, too!"

"Great location and property itself in terms of outdoor space was great. We got lucky with weather mostly. Kitchen could use some updating and more non-stick pans please for ease of clean-up. King primary bedroom, the mattress is failing on the immediate side you walk into, so had to use extra bed to be able have all sleep well. We are adults and don't need constant texts/email reminders of rules that I agreed to upon booking this house. Overall a nice place and we had a great time. Thank you. "

"This was a sweet little cottage, warm and cozy and very, very clean. Two short blocks to a beach access. And the beach is wonderful…wide and goes on forever. We maybe encountered four or five people each time we went. We slept with the window open and could hear the ocean sounds all night. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen looked like it had just gotten a remodel with all new appliances. Very nice."

"We enjoyed our stay overall. The views are truly mesmerizing and the kitchen served us well for two nights eating at home. I would have liked led clearer instructions on how to get to the beach as we had to figure it out in our own since the path down is about 200 feet away. Easily walkable but you have to find it. Also the faucet in the kitchen kept breaking and needs to be replaced. Otherwise, we all slept well and enjoyed the board games!"

"Really liked the location of the place! Lots of walkable things around and so close to the beach. The bathroom could use a good deep cleaning and it was odd that you could not turn off the gas fireplace. It was still quite warm while we went and it would have been nice to able to turn it off. "

"The only issue my dad and guest had was checkin had issues with key and key box. You guys were great walking them through it. Then at checkout same issue they said the place was very clean and they had a great time. Thank you. I'm just the middle man lol "

"This is a lovely place- the view is spectacular- very clean and had everything we needed. Cute little community. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall we and our dog (Iceland-Yoshi) enjoyed the stay. The beach and the Rockaway Big Tree trailhead were not further than a 5 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk, of course). We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, and took advantage of a couple of the old arcade games and a pool table located downstairs in our “bar”. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything one needs for cooking. There are a few things that could be off-putting for some"

"Wasn’t here for long, maybe 13 hours on our road trip, most of which asleep. Nice toiletries, plenty of towels and great location but property could do with an update, particularly the flooring and more than 1 wine glass. "

"Cute little cabin, close to the beach, and walking distance from down town. Would recommend for 3 or less people. "
