"We normally go to the Oregon coast during July/Aug to avoid the heat in Texas and be near our family in Portland area. The Vrbo rental this year was very good. Only downside was the furniture in the living room was old and not terribly comfortable and the TV was small. The dining table was high and only sat 3. The rest of the rental was very good. Good value."

"We loved our Surfside condo. The location was great! It was just a stone throw to the beach west of the condo and a stones throw to the golf course East of the condo! We loved the king size bed! The living area and kitchen were very spacious and comfortable! The condo was also close to Seaside and Cannon Beach. We look forward to coming back!"

Hits on cleanliness due to older windows that were damaged with some mold/dirt on sills and lack of vacuuming on pull out sofa. Great details added like games and beach items. Good pool. "Spacious, clean, quiet, safe and close to beach. The unit should be numbered, was charged $165 for late check out (2pm instead of 10am) our flight wasn’t until 11pm. Never had to pay for late check out before this stay. Highly recommend the unit!"

"We arrived very late due to our flight being delayed the check was easy we just made a quick phone call and they gave us keys. Also Gearhart by the sea was so very gracious to make sure I had distilled water in the unit for my sleep apnea machine so that we did not have to stop along the way late at night to find some for me. "The property was better than the listing. The home had everything and more. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing trip to the beach. I went during the winter so we stayed inside more of the time and enjoyed the amazing view of the ocean and cozy furniture. The unit had everything we needed and more. This was our first time staying in Seaside and it was a perfect getaway even though it was cold & sometimes rainy during our March stay. But, the expansive view made up for the bad weather.
