"Best part of this hotel is position on the harbour and views of harbour from our room. Room was clean and size was adequate. Staff in the hotel are excellat. Biggest problem with Newcastle is parking. All in a great stay."

"This property was such a wonderful surprise - great location, amenities, rooftop bar, breakfast and staff service. We loved the art deco styling of the rooms with such thoughtful and fun details. The neighborhood was fascinating and a great homebase for exploring Newcastle. "

"Firstly the staff at check in were excellent and secondly the room was lovely. The decor is stunning both in the foyer and the room. Everything was beautiful. Check out the next day was quick and easy. It was our first visit to Newcastle and will definately be back to stay for longer to be able to try the different styes of restaurants close to the hotel and take the walks around the parks. Can't wait "

"lovely relaxing stay. would be nice to have more sun lounges by pool area as these were always taken early in the day. Bed was a little uncomfortable and sqeaky."

"Initially I read the reviews after booking and was regretting my choice, however once I arrived I was pleasantly surprised, This is a lovely place to stay and the food is good too. The thing that makes this place is the staff, every single staff member I spoke to was helpful and friendly even going above what one would reasonably expect. Great place to stay, and I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews first. "
