"I stsyed here from Monday 21st to friday 25th October, on arrival i found the two receptions very polite & efficient, i stayed in the separate put of their accommodation, the room was of decent enough size with plenty of towels & all the rooms were very clean , i suppose the ibe thing that coild be improved on, is that there was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee etc all i had was two bottles of water , but no bottle opener , so i had to open them using y teeth ( do try this at home kids!!) , but other than that i was very satisfied with my stay. I had breakfast on 3 of the mornings & the hot food was plentiful & lots of variety of pastries, cereals & fruit juices , i stayed for work & would be happy to stay again."

"This is a great place for what it is- reasonably priced place to stay in Düsseldorf with free parking. That said, the areas where I did not record 5 stars were- staff and service- there is no full time on location staff. However, the cleaning staff come once a day and do a great job. And the area around the hotel... honestly, I love the location. Two restaurants attached, gas station and convenience store literally share the parking lot. Ah, but speaking of the parking- the Chinese buffet place downstairs is SOOO popular, good luck finding a place to park on a Friday or Saturday night, unless it's after 10pm. Yes, there are signs everywhere designating hotel parking spaces, but the place is so crowded that NO ONE pays them any attention. Be ready to work around that. But otherwise, this has been a great stay, and very close to downtown, where my wife was having back surgeries. "

"Travel with child - location ok for buses, trains etc very close by but not alot in the direct area. Friendly receptionist, room great size its huge with two seperate beds pushed together so plenty space. Clean linen and towels. Coffee machine and pods lovely touch. All in one shampoo, body wash in the shower and hand soap at sink. Large bathroom with hairdryer just not the most pleasant smell in here. Enterance to room has large space with huge storage wardrobes. Room has a safe. Little table and chairs and a balcony with seats. The kitchen area is a great addition and made it easy with children. It had dish soap, sponge and towel provided. Utensils, dishes and pans for cooking. Kettle also and a fridge. Lidl down the road for essentials. Room was a good temperature, clean and safe. A little nosy from other rooms general moving around and using shower. No outdoor space but it had parking if needed. We would recommend for budget as the facilities in the room was great. The local transport is fantastic to get you anywhere you want to go. I used the free wifi in the room with no issues."
