"We have fantastic hildays at this apartment. The property was clean and with fans and airconditions in every room. The kitchen was fully equiped as well. There is nice sea view from the balcony and village center to walk around in the evening. You have to have a car to reach the beach or Latchi and Polis. Property manager was effective and helpful."

This penthouse has almost equal inside outside areas overlooking the extensive bay area from Polis to Latchi in one direction and the inland hills from the other. "Me and my girlfriend had a great 1 week stay at the villas. The villa is outside Paphos in a place called Ghoudi (pronounced Goo-oo-d-ee). Around 50 minutes from the airport (Paphos) I recommend using a local taxi company +3579948613 who charge 50 euros and not the taxi hire companies at the airport who charge 85 euros. The villa is nearly 5km from Polis (the nearest town) which you will need to rent a car/hire a taxi to visit (12 euros). There is lots of restaurants and supermarkets...

"Rooms were nicely furnished, good blackout curtains, relatively spacious, nice balcony. Excellent breakfast! 2 minute ride to Latchi Harbour and also close to the Aphrodite Baths. We had many problems with the WiFi, and it is really that none of the TVs were "smart" (you cannot watch Netflix etc.). Kitchen had a fridge, oven, stove and kitchenware, but no microwave oven or dishwasher, which is a pitty. The indoor "heated" pool was barely heated, and the hot tub was maintained and was always off....

"The villa was very clean. Check in was easy and I was informed about the process in advance. The villa had everything we needed, Our stay was in December, due to the colder weather the beds were adequately made with plenty of duvets and blankets. We asked the owner to order firewood for us which arrived promptly. Would definitely book again a super quiet relaxing place to stay. "
