Went to another hotel in Mumbai for a night after my two nights stay here and it was night and day. Service quality and the staff here are remarkable. "Everything from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave is top notch. The staff is exceptional and when I told them about my severer seafood allergy they took excellent care to make me feel comfortable with the food.
