Beautiful remodeled One Bed Townhouse located on the quiet sound side of Navarre Beach. Walking distance from the sound side beach (150 yards).
Walking distance from the Gulf of Mexico (Navarre Beach about 300 yards). Complex has a nice size community pool and Town Home is located close to the Navarre fishing pier, Juana's and Andy D’s Restaurant. Multiple public main beach access points at the top of the street. The Famous Opal Beach is a short ride along the scenic Hwy. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook meals and a blender for Happy Hour Cocktails on the Deck. Bedroom has full king with luxury bedding. Sleeps 5 with Window Bed and Pull out Queen Sofa Bed In Common Area.

Stay was fantastic. It is perfect for a two-person getaway with a great location within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. It was accurately listed, and Mark and Diana were great.

My stay at this location was amazing! I love how helpful my host was. My husband and I love the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood. Our host helped us find amazing food and provided a very clean and safe home. I am very hard to please because of my OCD and I do not have any complaints. Excellent property and host. I plan on rebooking again this year.

The hosts Mark and Dianne are absolutely amazing people! They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of during your stay. The townhome was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in and the location is perfect. Super quiet area and a great pool for use if you don’t feel like hitting the beach.

Beachy Townhouse
Very cute and clean townhouse. Exactly what we were looking for. Minutes from the beach, very short walk. Pool was great to sit and relax at as well. Beautiful sunsets right at the end of the street in a private little beach area. Owners are fantastic! They really do go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Even had snacks and water upon arrival. Much appreciated! Will be back!

Short and Sweet Stay
The property was clean and well maintained. The location made it an easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The space is small. As a family of 3, it was a bit tight especially with the size of the bathroom. A mirror in the bedroom that could be used to get ready (hair/ makeup) would have made a world of difference.

The property was beautiful. Only thing I found that I had a problem was, bathroom window… bottom half I love peel stain glass, top need option of maybe a shutter to close… when standing drying hair n makeup the sun is beaming right in, makes it hard to see in mirror… but I went and sat on bed and done that cause I couldn’t see… not big deal tho…thanks for an easy getaway

My wife and I LOVED this place. Very "cozy", as noted. The landlords were great! We hope to be able to stay here again in the future. Two items of note: 1) TV is "streaming"; no cable or satellite. There's still plenty to view, but be mindful of this. 2) Bedroom and bathroom are on the 3rd floor, and the stairs up are somewhat narrow, but were still plenty adequate for us.

Wonderful stay and wonderful hosts!
My husband and I decided to head back to Navarre for our 15th wedding anniversary. We already knew we loved the area, but it was unusual for us to be traveling without children or friends. We found this listing and thought it would be a great fit and it was! This property was VERY clean, laid out wonderfully, all the kitchen essentials you would need, plenty of closet/dresser space, and even games for rainy afternoons. We loved sitting on the front porch and the beach is only a short walk. The host were very friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. We look forward to staying in this perfect home away from home again one day!
