"Lots of space in a great location, away from the traffic of Bar Harbor and close to the truly lovely Seal Cove area. Outdoor deck looks over a forest. Easy to get to Park entrance and use their buses. Owner was very helpful. Second bathroom on second floor is quite tiny, but not a problem."

"Listing says it’s walkable, but it’s probably a good 20 minute walk and it’s not ideal with kids because of traffic once you get into Acadia. It is a short drive to Jordan pond house though. Our mattress was from 2007 and we did not sleep good at all because of it. Not enough seats for 4 to relax in living room after a long day of hiking either. Very responsive host so that was a positive."

"I want to acknowledge the property owner’s attention to detail. The sheets were awesome, the pillows were super comfortable, the entire place was clean and bright, there were tons of towels, the throw blankets were nice, the appliances were all spotless, and the fireplace was perfect! It was easy to get to several of the major features in Acadia National Park like Thunder Hole, Jacob’s Pond, and Otter Cliffs. We plan to come again!"

"This beautiful home was our family gathering place for my daughter's wedding in Acadia National Park. It was so wonderful to spend time with everyone in this meticulously renovated home. We cooked together in the chef's kitchen. We had family dinners in the dining room, lunch on the porch. On the lazy days, we read in the library/sunroom. The bedrooms were beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable! Spending time together in your home made the wedding weekend very magical. Thank you!"

"My best friend and I stayed here for our annual birthday trip and it didn't disappoint. We have always dreamed of hiking Acadia National Park, this is a prime location to do just that. It's a no frills place but has all the basics. Single coffee machine with pods included. Toaster, mini fridge, all the basic Utensils and toiletries. The bed and pull out couch were comfortable.
