"Staff was amazing. Upon learning it was my daughter’s birthday, they left a personalized card and a bottle of sparkling apple cider in an ice bucket. Double checked with us to make sure nothing was amiss when we decided not to stay for breakfast. I can’t say strongly enough how attentive and sincere every staff member was. Only hiccup was a tv that kept rebooting, and the hot water was out for a couple of hours (but it was fixed quickly). Will definitely stay here again "

"Upon arrival we were told not to mention it was a VRBO and that we are the host’s cousins. Upon alerting customer service of this and the notice in the elevator stating short term rentals are not allowed, they said the host said the notice is old and no longer relevant, and the most they could do is a 50$ refund as it did not classify as part of the guarantee to find a place.
