"The only complaint that I have is that they charge your card before your arrival. I booked the room onhotel.com and selected to pay at the hotel. They charge the card before my arrival date. Then the GM told an employee that they will give my room away if I don’t pay on that day. I was part of the wedding party that was a guest at that hotel. It was a lot of the wedding party staying there and everyone had the same complaint. I told the employee that when booking on hotel.com it gives the option...
