"This property was very comfortable, the staff and check in process was easy and helpful. I didn’t get to have the breakfast but it sounded good. We had to leave early for a train. The area is super close to the train station and food in the area to walk too. Overall, a great place to stay. And we were able to put YouTube from our phone on the TV. Otherwise, TV in Japan I found to be very limited, like a few stations and in Japanese. "

"This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! The hotel is stunning. The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo! The rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful. They had great amenities including a Dyson hairdryer & free laundry which was a lifesaver for us! The breakfast was delicious as well. We loved it here and can't wait to come back!"

"It was clean. The staff was very nice, they spoke English. There were several on-site parking spaces, these were all very positive. However, the beds were very hard, just a plat of wood, and a very thin mattress, even my children had a difficult time sleeping on them.
