"Rooms clean and comfortable. A little attention to detail,by the management will make the good. Management forgot to send food from Gabs so staff had nothing to srve in restaurant. Staff need to be empowered to sort out basics like this. You will note by now, that staff try but failure lies at the owners door. Swimming is dry as water gets pumped for miles to the area. Make pool smaller and it might be feasible to fill. The overall place needs maintenance and care as its a bit run down. "

"We booked and pre-paid for our rooms. Upon arrival, the receptionist was first not aware of our booking, but could then find the booking and payment confirmation e-mail from Expedia.com. However, they claimed that they hadn't received the money from Expedia, and thought it was *our* responsibility to make sure that Expedia pays the property, and they refused to check us in and show us our rooms. "We arrived and they were not expecting us even through we had a confirmed booking. After two phone calls the receptionist still couldn't confirm our booking. We waited around and still didn't get anywhere. We then asked to see the room which was unprepared, unaired, smelly, damp, mouldy and sited right next the public toilets next door.
