"Loved this hotel, it is right in the heart of St Emillion and it gives you. the opportunity to really explore the town on foot. There is parking at the hotel (if you book in advance which I would as parking in St Emillion can be challenging) which was a real bonus. Room was lovely, bed was super comfortable and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again if visiting St Emission."

Pointing this out to the owner he took great offence rather than accepting a little feedback. He accused us of not arriving on time, when no time had been agreed, yet we were there at 4:30pm when arrivals were from 3pm. "This property is completely incompetent. Don't let their info on their website fool you they are open 2:30-9 to let you in. I came at a responsible time for check in at 5:30, waited 30 minutes and no one to let you in. Of course they are not accountable for not being there to let you in. They want to charge you for the fact you couldn't get in to stay there. It is very hard to find, took 3 different GPS methods to find it, then when you found it gates closed with chickens squaking at you."

"Fabulous peaceful domaine located among vineyards. Isabelle is a very welcoming and gracious host. Room was large and comfortable with a private patio. "Lovely old house, and immediately calming. Such peaceful surroundings-matched by the helpful and welcoming owners and staff. The food was so very good, a gastronomic delight-without any exaggeration! Very reasonably priced, and the wine, some of which was produced in their own vineyard, was just as good.
