Located in a quaint Nashville vacation rental community walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops & more. Located adjacent to the living Waters brewery & barista Parlor, and Grimey's Record Shop, it's the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or end it with a locally brewed beer!

Only a 5 minute Uber to ‘The 5 Points’ or 10 minutes to downtown Broadway & all sorts of other local attractions & amenities.

We are even pet friendly on a case by case basis. Max 2 dogs and breeds must be approved prior to booking.

On the ground level floor, there is one bedroom with a queen bed and an attached ensuite bathroom.

The main level features a large, open kitchen and dining space, perfecting for cooking meals together. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a queen bed. As well as a sleeper sofa in the living area.

On the top floor, there are 2 bedrooms, both with king sized beds. And one twin size roll away bed in each bedroom for additional sleeping accommodations. Each of these bedrooms also have their own attached bathrooms.
