"This is located high on Bizan Mountain with great views of the city. Our room was spacious with excellent views. The Onsen is particularly relaxing - it is well laid out and the outdoor section allows you to leisurely soak while admiring the view. There are some nice places for walks around the property. "The staff at check in was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is very wholesome and delicious but decor is a bit dated. Room was Japanese style tatami, which I prefer, comfortable and clean. "

"The hotel is part of the group and we are allowed to access the onsen in other hotels of the group. It is very fruitful to try all different onsen. All the hotels of the group are connected with pathway. One good point is that this hotels allow to choose yukata pattern. The staff is very nice and helpful. The stay is value for the money."

"The property showed on Expedia is very misleading. I booked 2 rooms and paid over $300 per room and it should have been $50 a night. The lobby had no air conditioning. The carpet is old and had a weird smell. The rooms had paint coming off the walls. Everything was old and our bathroom had spiders. We checked in at 11:00pm and checked out the same night at 11:10pm. Very disappointed in this room that we booked for 2 nights and could not get a refund because they said, we had to go through...
