"Probably some of the best staff I’ve encountered in a while, very kind and helpful, definitely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The late check out was a saver as we had a late concert the night before. This is a brand new hotel, clean and comfortable beds. Rooms were quiet, well insulated from noise and with black out curtains. Nice neighborhood as it is one street over from the University. Many restaurants and businesses within walking distance. Located 2 miles from down town made it very convenient to travel, and kept ride share prices really low. As others pointed out, the parking situation if you have a car os not ideal, and at times the intersection becomes very congested as you are been dropped off. "
