Magnificent villa with private pool

This holiday home features a lovely private pool, a beautiful outdoor kitchen and a secluded garden with plenty of privacy. The bedrooms are cosy and can comfortably accommodate families, couples or groups of friends. Outside you will find lovely sunbeds and a barbecue for cosy summer evenings.

Narbonne is ideal for shopping and errands. You are in the Corbières wine region here, so a visit to one of the many wine estates is a must. But don't forget the area's cultural highlights, such as the famous Cistercian abbey of Fontfroide (15 km) and the castle city of Carcassonne (60 km). Relax on the beaches of Gruissan (15 km) and Leucate (38 km), and a day at the safari park of Sigean (22 km) is great fun for the kids.

The holiday home is surrounded by nice terraces and it is spacious and cosy. You will also find a lovely private swimming pool with countercurrent and a separate bubble bath.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Narbonne
Wunderschönes, geräumiges und ruhiges Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Pool, sehr guter Service (Dank an Martine und Christophe!), sehr gut ausgestattete Küchen im Innen- und Außenbereich, ca. 20 Autominuten zum Meer, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren Umgebung (Carcassonne, Collioure, Minerve u.v.a.), es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir werden bei Gelegenheit wiederkommen.

Superb well equipped villa
The villa is a lovely private property, with a large pool. It is extremely well equipped with everything you are likely to need. It is located on the outskirts of Narbonne within east reach of the town centre. We enjoyed a great holiday there and would recommend it to others.

Très bon séjour, belle maison et belle prestation !
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison est très bien entretenue, agréable à vivre au quotidien. Tout est bien aménagé et bien pensé pour que l'on se sente tout de suite comme chez soi. Pas de vis-à-vis, calme, tout est fait pour passer un très bon séjour.

Très belle location, sans vis-à-vis
Nous avons tous apprécié la magnifique villa, La piscine est très grande 10x5 et très agréable, mais pas chauffée ni bâchée donc un peu fraîche pour ce début juillet (25°). Tout est très propre. Beaucoup de matériel de cuisine et de vaisselle grâce aux 2 cuisines. Clim réglable dans chaque chambre. Propriété entourée de hautes haies qui protègent de tous regards. A 3km du centre de Narbonne. A 1km d'un grand massif idéal pour courir avec du dénivelé (sorties sympas jusqu'à 15km et 500D+)

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind in einem äußerst gepflegten Zustand. Der Pool ist sehr groß und bietet echt viel Platz für Badespaß. Mit dem Whirlpool dabei steht einem erholsamen Urlaub nichts mehr im Weg. Das gesamte Paket wird noch von der Außenküche abgerundet. Diese war unser Haupt Aufenthaltsort, und drinnen somit ungenutzt. Bei Fragen und Problemen gab es sofortige Hilfe. Man lag sehr zentral, aber doch leicht außerhalb und bekam von dem Trouble einer Großstadt nichts mit. Den Strand in Narbonne Plage und Gruissan waren mit ca 20 Minuten Autofahrt schnell zu erreichen. Sehr nette Verwalterin.

De ontvangst was heel goed, we mochten het huis zelfs vroeger in gebruik nemen dan voorzien. De rondgang was heel gemoedelijk. De accommodatie is zoals beschreven. Een paar kleine opmerkingen, een buitendouche om te gebruiken na het zwemmen zou welkom zijn. De rookdetectors waren defect en om de poort te openen van de autostalplaats hadden we meestal enkele minuten nodig om die in werking te krijgen. Dit euvel is op de laatste dag van ons verblijf in orde gebracht. Sommige nachten was er vrij veel geluidsoverlast door blaffende honden (hiervoor zijn de eigenaars van de woning die we huurden niet verantwoordelijk). Is een ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen. Voor ons echt een aanrader
