"Sett' 24. Il primo problema si è verificato al momento della prenotazione. Dopo aver inserito i dati sul periodo e sul numero di ospiti, è comparso l'importo del soggiorno, con la dicitura "tasse e supplementi inclusi". Ho iniziato la procedura di prenotazione e ho pagato con carta di credito l'acconto richiesto. Solo in un secondo tempo mi sono accorto che la cifra era aumentata di 62,12 euro. Ho chiesto spiegazioni via mail alla proprietaria che ha attribuito la responsabilità di ciò a VRBO....

"Wir haben unsere Woche in der Villa Viola sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen geheißen gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir so brauchten (auch um selber kochen zu können). Besonders den schönen Außenbereich haben wir viel und gerne genutzt. Hier konnte man im Schatten der Pinien trotz Hitze wunderbar verweilen und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
