It came with all the essentials in the kitchen, pool, beach gear etc. Very close to Vanderbilt beach, however, it was a bit crowded so we found another beach about 15 minutes away. "Very clean, organized, has all amenities, great pool and jacuzzi, beer to beaches… quite neighborhood and near to all key attractions. We had a great time - the host / property manager was very good to communicate with. "

"Overall the place is ok to stay, the beach is close, easy access and very convenient. The only issue I had was with the owner of the place. During our stay an storm (hurricane) came over, I asked the owner to change the days due to weather conditions and she said no, I booked 3 nights we only stayed 2 , I asked for 1night refund and the answer was no. It was bad luck I guess bc the storm, but sometimes you can make some arrangements or deals with your host. "
