You and your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located spot. A comfortable and spacious three-bedroom home with all the basic amenities. The sun warms up the lovely open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining. Onekawa Shopping Centre is just a 5 min walk away, it's easy to pop onto the expressway, and it's a 5 min drive into Napier city centre.
Garage & off-street parking available. The garage provides a safe place for a car and/or bikes or even a space for kids to run around when wet.
Family-friendly neighbourhood with Onekawa shopping centre 5 mins walk away, including supermarket, fresh produce, pharmacy, bookshop, gift shop and more.
Napier Aquatic Centre is also a short walk or drive away which is easy entertainment for kids.
Please note: There is a primary school immediately over the back fence which could mean some noise from kids playing at break times during the day. Some parents use the street for drop off and pick up too.
There is only a small grass area.
The driveway and street are not fenced off from the property so caution is required with young children.
