"Excellent hotel on the eastern edge of the Tianhe shopping district, with many big shopping malls and dining options within just a few minutes' walk. The hotel itself is very well equipped, nicely maintained and extremely comfortable. We found the beds particularly comfortable and the bathrooms spotlessly clean. Desk staff were polite, helpful and spoke decent English, which is not always the case in China. I would certainly stay at Oakwood Premier again when visiting Guangzhou."

"Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good.
