"Location is a bit far from the central station but extremely easy to reach using the local tram cars. Beds are simple, clean, and comfortable. Laundry machines are available and cheaper than at other places I've stayed. Free breakfast and dinner are a nice perk. Staff are incredibly friendly and can speak English as well. This was a very nice experience and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to return to Kochi."

"As with other JR hotel, this is right by the train station so it is very convenient. Hotel is efficient and very functional. We had breakfast included and one choose the breakfast choices from the menu in the restaurant. The breakfast is teishoku with options of the local delight Bonito tataki! very sumptuous breakfast."

"Hotel is new and immaculate. The interior architecture and design gives off very cozy vibes and is a wonderful marriage of modern and Japanese design. The room was spacious but the bathroom and shower were surprisingly tight. There is a great public bathing floor but it would have been nice to have some more counter space by the sink for getting ready in the morning. "

"Excellent hotel with onsen, centrally located next to Obiyamachi covered shopping street. Amazing breakfast with local specialties such as seared bream, yuzu juice and lots of little sweet and sour dishes to tempt you. Close to Kochi Castle and short tram ride to Kochi Museum of Art. MyYu bus will take you to Katsurahama beach. The famous covered market is nearby and super place to eat. "
