He really made our stay that much better since he was very understanding that we don’t speak Japanese. The room was so spacious and we had the room with the tatami mat as well. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back to stay here again!"

I want to shout out the staff because I missed my flight to Naha in Narita, and they stayed 3 hours after checking close to make sure I got checked into my room. They are outstanding. The wet room was great, my room has washer and dryer, and separate toilet area. Would definitely stay again and I can’t recommend them enough. "

"The unit is clean. However, there is no room service for the 4 days i was staying. I think probably it would be better to help us change the towel for every 2 days stay. Parking at the premises is 1000 yen per day. Overall the stay is comfortable. 5 mins drive to aeon shopping mall. Will come back again in future!"
