"I stayed at a couple Kinjos and this one was great. Reception was open reliably and spacious. With the help of Google translate app communication was friendly and clear. They had Kinjo loungewear available as promised. I was in a 2 bed room just for myself and it was comfortable and clean. I love the dryer room! "Wifi was unusable, blackout curtains let light right into my face as there was a street light directly outside of the bedroom. Check-in was not on-site and I had to go to a different location to check in. Scan of my residence card was required even though residents are not required by law to present ID. The toilet was very nice, the shower was not. Water pressure was terrible. I didn't realize this place was in the heart of soapland. Stay at a different Mr. Kinjo. "
